ORDERING A CUSTOM DESIGN

YOUR IDEAS

To create your own design, email us your ideas including a list of images or pictures of the images you are interested in and our designers will work with you to create a design you’ll love. You will also need to choose a background color.

PLACE YOUR
ORDER

Place an order for the custom accessory listing and via our website or call us to place your order. Since our accessories are custom and stitched by hand, it does take some time for them to be made. We will provide you with a lead-time estimate once you approve your design.

REVIEW YOUR
DIGITAL PROOF

After your order has been placed, it takes 2 to 4 business days for us to create a digital proof of your design, which is emailed to you for approval or revisions. We will work with you to modify your design until you are 100% satisfied with how it looks.
